About us

How did our journey start ?

Beginning our passage in 1965, we have started as a prototype workshop of one of the largest tire makers in the region. Deep-rooted in the tire industry, over the years, we have accumulated enormous experience and knowledge by working for almost a century old Central European tire hub established by Tomas Bata in the 1930s.

Since spinning off by the management buyout in 1995, we took on our independent path under the name of Prozax standing for the “Prototype machines” in Czech.

By dedication, systematic hard work and courage of the teams of our valued associates, we have gradually grown into the well recognized, export orientated, custom designed off-highway tire machinery manufacturer offering automated solutions to the global tire industry.

1965

Prototype workshop

We have started as a prototype workshop of one of the largest tire makers in the region. Deep-rooted in the tire industry, over the years, we have accumulated enormous experience and knowledge by working for almost a century-old Central European tire hub established by Tomas Bata in the 1930s.

1992

Part of the Continental AG

The Barum company, which included our prototype workshop, was bought by Continental AG. This brought many new challenges to the region. Thanks to years of experience, we immediately took the opportunity and the Continental became our first premium Customer.

1995

Establishment

Since 1995, we have taken on our independent path under the name of Prozax standing for the “Prototype machines” in Czech.

1999

ISO Certification

Quality is non-negotiable and we guarantee it. Thanks to the hard and diligent work of the teams of our valued associates, we obtained the EN ISO 9001 quality certificate, which is just a confirmation of one of our main values.

2007

Europe

The desire to travel, explore, and search for ever-greater challenges gradually led us to an export mindset. We helped make the hard work easier, increased productivity, and listened to our customers’s needs. Thanks to this, we managed to gain a firm foothold in the European and Eastern European regions.

2011

USA

Confident in the quality of our machines, we have offered our services across the ocean to other world-renowned tire manufacturers. Our team’s honest work, installations supervision, and overseas support have made our services repeatedly demanded.

2019

Together with Versta

To maintain the lead in today’s fast-paced times, we merged with development-engineering company Versta, s.r.o. This allowed us to see our applications in a new light. Together, we built new production spaces for our team that better suited our needs.

2020

Asia, FANUC integrator

We have used the slowdown during the COVID-19 for innovation and development of robotic machines. We became the official integrator of FANUC industrial robots, which we started offering as part of our machines. Our solutions quickly attracted the interest of new Asia customers, which list of successful installations has been steadily growing ever since.

2021

Region Leader

Careful preparation enabled us to achieve first place among FANUC distributors in the region. With extensive experience in machine vision, robotic manipulation, spraying, and logistics, we are able to offer a wide range of industrial applications, in sizes that our Customers require.

2022

Exporter of the Year

By dedication, systematic hard work, and courage of the teams of our valued associates, we have gradually grown into a well-recognized, export-orientated, custom-designed off-highway tire machinery manufacturer offering automated solutions to the global tire industry. This effort was recognized by the Czech Republic with the honor title of the Exporter of the Year 2022.

KUKA integrator

We constantly work on ourselves. Therefore we expanding the portfolio of our machines with new possibilities. Mastering other’s industrial systems is only an addition to our knowledge of the most modern technology on the market as are systems from Sick or Siemens.
